He helped establish and develop the business, with hands-on experience across residential and commercial lending, SMSF, personal and business loans, asset and equipment finance, and the wider lending journey. He focuses on strategy, growth, team development, client relationships and continuous improvement.

Outside work, Hitesh enjoys listening to music, playing badminton, swimming and discovering good food.

Amit is a Director and CFO with around five years in the mortgage industry. He helped establish the business, develop client relationships and build expertise across residential lending, commercial loans, SMSF structures and asset finance. As CFO, he oversees budgeting, cash flow, reporting and compliance — and supports the lending team on complex scenarios, bringing a practical view of both finance and delivery.

Outside work, Amit enjoys cricket and football, chess, PlayStation with friends, and making the most of chances to travel and explore new places.

Yash came to finance without a fixed plan and has spent more than five years in the Australian mortgage industry. He helped build the business from the ground up with his partners and, as COO, runs operations, loan processing, quality control and team development — keeping workflows organised so files move efficiently and brokers get dependable support. His hands-on experience across lending shapes how he trains the team, sets up processes and keeps quality consistent on every file.

Outside work, Yash enjoys travelling, ambitious weekend cooking and playing the piano — badly, but happily. A bit of theatre growing up taught him more about handling pressure than anything since.

Suraj helps worldwide businesses overcome talent shortages, improve operational efficiency and build high-performing offshore teams that work as a seamless extension of their business. With a BSc in Information Technology, an MCA and professional experience across technology, business and relationships, he works closely with owners to understand their challenges and connect them with tailored workforce and operational solutions. For Suraj, business development is about long-term partnerships, real value and measurable growth.

Outside work, Suraj is a chef at heart, a passionate gardener, a sports enthusiast and an avid adventurer who enjoys cooking, gardening, football, basketball, travel and new cultures.

Saiyoni enjoys taking ownership of the loan-processing journey and giving each stage the attention it deserves. Her experience across different CRM and mortgage-processing platforms has made her adaptable and comfortable learning new processes while keeping accuracy and timely support at the centre of her work.

Outside work, Saiyoni enjoys dance, Garba, choreographing wedding performances and exploring new places.

Khushbu brings finance, problem-solving and people together. Supporting brokers across a range of lending scenarios keeps her curious, and she enjoys taking on challenges that help her build new skills.

Outside work, Khushbu enjoys good food, spending time with her pet and the many roles life brings her way.

Nikee specialises in Australian mortgages and holds a master’s degree in finance. With more than two years of experience in the field, she focuses on understanding each client’s needs and finding solutions that support their property and financial goals. She enjoys explaining mortgage options and making the loan process clear and manageable. Nikee values clear communication, prompt support and strong client relationships, and she is excited to continue growing and contributing to Haytriox.

Outside work, Nikee enjoys travelling, exploring new places and playing badminton, which helps her stay active and refreshed.

Pankti enjoys supporting clients and brokers throughout the lending process. Her background in graphic design brings creativity and attention to detail to her work, and she is always keen to learn new skills.

Khushi’s background in finance and financial operations has taught her the value of accuracy, clear responsibilities and meeting deadlines. She enjoys contributing to shared goals and helping the team deliver dependable work.
